Dancehall Reggae for Los Angeles Radio

Here in Los Angeles, we have been greatly affected by the loss of Dancehall Reggae on radio! For almost a decade, we were able to enjoy some Reggae and Dancehall with the Get Up Stand Up show housed on 'The Beat'. With the changes in corporate organization, our favorite show was removed without consideration of its impact to us.
This was done at a time when SEAN PAUL started to dominate the US radio and Wayne Wonders No Letting Go transcended all markets. Both these artists are Dancehall artists in orientation. So many times we are left educating peers on who these artists are and where they come from.
Now with Elephant Man and Beenie Man rising up charts, once again we feel there is no voice for our music. We implore you to seek and add an innovative Dancehall Reggae show to your stations line up. WE CARE we are listening and we need to be fed our music. Not only that all of your listeners need to be educated. SEAN PAUL is not Spanish hes Jamaica! Wayne Wonder is not an R&B artist hes a Dancehall singer!
We hope that you will hear our plea and seriously consider seeking out some of the talent for radio in Los Angeles. There is a wealth of untapped resources here in the NUMBER TWO RADIO MARKET in America.
