78\% of Hergert's Constituents Want Him to Resign
In a scientific poll conducted on behalf of the Daily Nebraskan, it was found that 78\% of residents of District 7 think Hergert should resign. Of those 78\%, 75\% percent think Hergert was dishonest, crooked or broke the rules.
Interestingly, Hergert has been telling everyone that he has the support of his district....? Maybe by 'his district' he meant 'his immediate family' because it seems nearly everyone else wants him to do the honorable thing and resign.
Hergerts flagrant disregard for the law has brought dishonor and disgrace to the Regents 7th district of Nebraska. Remember, he himself, admitted to breaking state law! Now he is snubbing his nose at the core of democracy and the voters of Nebraska. His shady business practices should also be noted in which he was also fined. He has lost respect and credibility throughout the entire state.
