Deaf Rights

This petition is in support of Deaf rights in America. Too many times have Deaf been discriminated against for just that: being Deaf. They can work just as well as you or I (a hearing person). The one and ONLY thing a Deaf person cannot do is hear...that's it. Sign this to show your support for the Deaf Community, their culture and their language (the true Deaf language is American Sign Language). Let's treat Deaf the way they should be treated: normal. Because they are normal, there is nothing wrong with them. They cannot hear our laughing, but the can "hear" our laughter in our eyes, or "hear" the flowing of the sunshine on a beautiful day. So, all in favor of Deaf rights sign here!!
