Somos advogados que se esforзam e fazem grandes sacrifнcios para assegurar a defesa dos cidadгos portugueses que nгo tкm possibilidades financeiras para contratar os serviзos de um advogado.
Apesar de considerarmos a nossa actividade como defensores oficiosos de importвncia fundamental para o bom funcionamento de um Estado de Direito democrбtico, nгo pretendemos louvores, medalhas ou condecoraзхes.

Queremos, pura e simplesmente, que nos sejam pagos os honorбrios pelos serviзos prestados nesse вmbito, os quais sгo da responsabilidade do Instituto de Gestгo Financeira e Patrimonial da Justiзa, organismo dependente do Ministйrio da Justiзa.

Vimos por isso requerer a Vossas Exc.Єs que se dignem ordenar a execuзгo das tranferкncias bancбrias dos montantes que nos sгo devidos pelo trabalho desempenhado no вmbito do apoio judiciбrio.
