El Gobierno de la Repъblica de Venezuela recientemente ha realizado un fraude electoral al ignorar mas de un millуn de firmas presentadas por los ciudadanos de ese paнs que solicitan un referйndum revocatorio contra el presidente Hugo Chavez Frias. Esta peticiуn solicita a los organismos internacionales que respeten la voluntad de los ciudadanos de Venezuela, y denuncien el fraude acб realizado, de manera categуrica y sin hipйrboles diplomбticas. Solicitamos un planteamiento claro y directo por parte de la ONU, OEA, Grupo de Amigos y afines, a fin de desenmascarar el rйgimen dictatorial impuesto por este gobierno y poder pasar a la invocatoria de la Carta Democrбtica Interamericana, declarando al gobierno de Hugo Chavez un gobierno deslegitimado y el cual ya no representa los intereses del paнs ni sus ciudadanos.
English:
The Government of the Republic Of Venezuela recently committed fraud on the current process to call for a Recall Vote against President Hugo Chavez Frias, when it voided more than one million signatures delivered by citizens of the country to start this process. This petition requests that international organizations respect the will of the citizens of Venezuela, and to denounce the above mentioned fraud, in a categorical way and with no diplomatic language.
We request from a clear cut and direct statement from the U.N, the O.A.S., The Group of Friends (of Venezuela) and similar organizations, in order to bring forward the dictatorial nature of this government in order to invoke the Democratic Act as stated by the O.A.S. and declare the government of Hugo Chavez an illegitimate government which no longer represents the interests of the country nor its citizens.

El fraude es algo demasiado evidente, no entiendo como unas supuestas organizaciones serias con amplia credibilidad a nivel mundial avalen esto, quisiera creer que esto no se va a quedar asi.
