Whereas the Episcopal Church's Baptismal Convenant requires all her children to "respect the dignity of every human being" as well as to strive continually for justice among all people, and
Whereas the need for justice is most urgent for those who cannot help or defend themselves, especially our children, and
Whereas Resolution CO47 of the 69th General Convention of the Church reads: "All human life is sacred from its inception until death,"
Be it known and published that we, the undersigned, register our dissent to the Episcopal Church's recent decision to affiliate with an organization known as the "Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice." Further, we ask the Executive Council to dissolve this repugnant relationship immediately.
