DNA Testing Before Receiving Child Support Canada

DNA testing proving the said father is not the parent should cancel out all support payments. It is fraud on the woman's part. By signing this petition I agree a legal DNA test proving the father is biologically linked to the child should be mandatory before child support payments can be received, regardless of how long the family was together.
