We the customers of Cox Cable in Amarillo, Texas, feel that there should be no raise in prices for cable internet service or static IP addresses. The cable is already sub-par, level one tech-support are basically morons when dealing with broadband, having to pay at least basic television cable for cable internet is horrible and costly, bandwidth limitations need to be lifted for upstream data, and now you are going to charge $15 MORE per month for static IP addresses?, and to finish, the cable internet service is up only about 60-70\% of the time. You are the ONLY cable company in Amarillo, don't make us switch to DSL please.

i live in Gainesville, FL not even a mile from Cox Cable..we get basic cable which is expensive already and our channels suck..we only get about 12 and 4 are advertising channels 24/7! Considering satellite..it would be better!
