We hereby request that Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. allow Apogee Software, Ltd. (3D Realms) to continue developing title Duke Nukem Forever as it had been, and to continue funding for the many fans around the globe who had been waiting for it for thirteen years.
To cancel Duke Nukem Forever now will disillusion many and would endanger the brand-name power of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. The number of people waiting so faithfully for a sequel to Duke Nukem could and would easily bring a profit.
If such a request is literally not possible at this point in time, we would like to see the source code to Duke Nukem Forever to be released so the loyal fans can finish the rest.
