EA Need to Fix Spore Login Issue Now!

We are just days away from the launch of Spore and an unknown thousands of people who have the Spore Creature Creator can't login and won't be able to play. Ea don't have the answer to this issue and can't fix it!We know this because we have the full version of the Spore Creature Creator and can't go online, but millions of customers will only find this out once they have handed over their 39.99 for the full version of the game.

Technical support have not been able to help me or thousands of other customers who are basically locked out of a game we have waited years for!

I am disgusted with Ea's technical support staff and their lack of answers. I am getting 2 error messages 'Command portal is in use by prelnit' error message or the error message 'Login Failed,please check your internet connection or try again later.' If this is you, you may never get to login to Spore.

Ea have a big problem, and as of just 2 days to go before launch Ea have no answers! Their only response to me since July has been very circular, following the same old steps, to end up with guess what? They don't know what the problem is??! Great Ea I for one will not be wasting my money by buying the full version of Spore.

Ea need to get this issue fixed. We want to be able to play Spore and be able to login to their server. If like me you are disgusted with the service EA gives their customers,if you are not getting any answers from Ea, if you can't login to Spore, then Please Sign the Petition so we can get some answers!
