Elbow Park Redevelopment, 3626 and 3634 Elbow Drive, S.W. Calgary, Alberta. The development proposed by Vango Custom Home Builders Inc. fails to address the best interests of the Elbow Park Community based on its present configuration of four large footprint homes. I reject this proposal in favour of a redevelopment that supports an enhancement and not a detriment to the Elbow Park Community. I further favour the Citys Land Use Bylaw and Low Density Residential Guidelines be considered and respected by all parties throughout this process.
