Eliminate the Power of Judges to Declare Laws Unconstitutional

Petition for "Constitutional Amendment" eliminating the power of Federal Courts, State Supreme Courts, and United States Supreme Court to declare a law unconstitutional.

We the undersigned registered voters urge you to introduce legislation for a "Constitutional Amendment" eliminating the power of Federal Courts, State Supreme Courts, and the United States Supreme Court to declare a law "unconstitutional" thereby making the law of the land. If in fact, the Federal Court, State Supreme Court or United States Supreme Court thinks a law is "unconstitutional" if it is a state law, let the people of that state vote the next state election as to whether the law is "unconstitutional". Concerning the matter of a Federal Law, let the people of the United States vote the next national election as to whether the law is "unconstitutional". Furthermore, we ask that it be included in this "Amendment" that no Federal Judge, State Supreme Court Judge or United States Supreme Court Judge be appointed, but rather elected by the people, and for no more than two terms.
