Mike Johnson (Lead Tech Support) needs to be removed from power at Spymac ASAP!
He is destroying our community!!! The gist is, he's condescending, only answers questions with meaningless buzzwords, abuses his powers by unjustly deleting posts, banning members, and downgrading members' account status based on his whim, uses another account (dialingking) to verbally abuse members in ways that he would be summarily fired for doing with his official account, and shouldn't have been hired (among other reasons) because he already had a history defying the TOS and had previously been suspended for it.
Spymac will crumble, and our community will die if we don't take proper action now!
