END Treason and The Rico Act of the Federal Reserve Bank

To the Sheriff of Santa Cruz County and all who swore the Oath
I have contacted 4 FBI offices and charged the Federal Reserve Bank with Treason and the Rico Act. Along with the City, County of Santa Cruz, the state of California and the Federal Government. I will go to the District attorney of Santa Cruz today with my complaint. The FBI told me there is an ongoing investigation and cannot talk about it but accepted my complaint. You are under investigation and must be considered criminals until you can show otherwise.

The Sheriff swore a Oath to defend the Constitution and needs to do that.
Since their inception in 1913 they have funded every side of every war, created depression by design, the phrobition. the controlled substance act and their biggest product is War. Prescott Bush was arrested for having Nazi money in his bank.

You or no one has any right to tax us, take our property or tell us what we can grow out of the ground or ingest in the pursuit of freedom and my happiness. You need to enforce our Constitution and arrest anyone who infringes on my rights. The changes need to be addressed now.
