EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL CANADIANS

The residents of Canada ask that you take immediate action to preserve the rights and freedoms of all Canadians.
A small group of people are violating our rights under sections 7 and 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (henceforth called The Act) through a persistent display and possession of offensive weapons in public places such as schools, spas, clinics, hospitals, private clubs and other public places and buildings.
Our children are now demanding equal rights to carry weapons to school, which we consider to be unacceptable. All people should be treated equally and we object to special privileges being accorded to any group, religion or association.
If it is considered too dangerous to allow these people to carry weapons into the criminal court buildings, where there are dozens of armed police officers, it is even more dangerous in areas where there are unarmed men, women and children.
Medical personnel are especially at risk, when an individual is disoriented due to drink, drugs or mental illness.
We consider our right to free speech and enjoyment of public spaces to be curtailed by this subtle form of intimidation that places these individuals in a superior position with respect to power over life and death of Canadian citizens; which is in direct contravention of section 7 of the Act.
Due to failure of the legal system to prosecute these individuals, the government is in violation of section 15 of the Act. Police should be required to remove these people to a secure place upon any complaint by a member of the public.
The courts are in violation of The Act under Section 26 and their judgments should be considered Null and Void in relation to granting special rights to one religious group at the expense of all Canadians.
Yours truly
Canadian Residents
