Equivalency Exam at Santa Clara University

I am a currently enrolled in Winter'2005 session of Santa Clara MBA program. I wish to take some of the equivalency exams offered by the University to waive my courses.
I feel that my ability to appear and clear these exams have been strongly hampered by the almost clash of midterms dates and the equivalency exams dates. Both the exam dates (26 Jan and 2nd Feb) are only one week apart and coincide with the heavy workload of my currently enrolled courses (quizzes,exams and project). I feel that University should offer another equivalency exam later in the quarter or during the spring break.
This issue is very common and faced by many MBA students. In fact, for many students this is the last chance to appear for these exams.

To claim the full benefit of this program, I respectfully submit my concern and request for conducting more exams in this quarter/ spring break.
