FAKE COMMITMENT AND BREACH OF CONTRACT BY FIND MY GHAR PVT. LTD.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have invested in project AmrapaliKrystal homes through Find My GharPvt. Ltd. •Flat no. T-404 •Size: 1375 . Find My GharPvt. Ltd. Company (Mr.Tahir, Mr.Pankaj&Mr.Zakhir) has given me an offer @4180 rate.Being a big Private Limited Company and trust they have shown, we have finalized on the given rate and based on the commitment, they were supposed to adjust the remaining difference amount/credit note i.e. 295 (4475 (Amrapali Agreement) - 4180 (FMG agreed) = 295 plus tax) by 15 Nov'2014 (3months after we signed an agreement), however from 15 november, Tahir& team (Find My Ghar) has stop attending my calls and never got any credit note/difference amount, also his senior Kapil was not capable enough to assist in this scenario. Supporting Documents: •Trail email shared by Find My Ghar for rate confirmation i.e. 4180 •Have Recording for every meeting. •Advanced paid according to rate 4180 •Termination of PankajSharma, Tahir& then KAPIL, which was conveyed by Find My GharPvt.
