Falls at Hayden Run New Management and Board of Directors Petition

To: Residents of the Falls at Hayden Run

As most of you are already aware, a vote was placed by the Board of Directors for this community at the monthly meeting on Monday, October 4th to have Lifestyle Property Management replaced by Towne Property Management. The vote passed 3-2, and Lifestyle Property Management was told they would be replaced in 30 days.

The voting for this was done in the most dishonest way possible. Half of the Board of Directors, including both 3-year term members, were not even in the discussion for the replacement of LPM, and were not told in advance that a vote was going to take place. In addition, the 3 members of the Board that did vote in favor of replacing LPM did almost no research into the replacement company. They received a generic one-page proposal, from ONE property management company. They did no face-to-face interview, contacted no additional companies, and did not give LPM an opportunity to make a counter offer. They voted against LPM with out considering the opinion of the residents, or the other 3 board members. With one of the board members not present at the meeting, they knew they would win in a 3-2 vote.

By removing LPM as the property management company, effective immediately ALL resident perks are gone. That means no more pool parties, ticket discounts to LC Pavilion, free skiing trips, and all of the other fun things that Lifestyle did for this community. In addition, we will have no information about what happens with the construction of the Paddocks at Hayden Run, and we will have ZERO say or input on what happens with our remaining green spaces. Finally, and most importantly, LPM reserves the right to remove all of the fitness equipment from the clubhouse when Towne Property Management takes over. As residents of the Falls at Hayden Run, the Board's decision can be overturned. We need at least 75\% of the community to do this. Only one resident per unit is eligible to sign this petition.

This is a petition to overturn the decision,as previously described, that the Board of Directors of the Falls at Hayden Run has made. Also, we hereby petition to have the above named board members to be removed from office as soon as possible.
