Fans Against the NBA

We the undersigned, in an attempt to take back the league that is rightfully ours, to end once and for all the corruption that has cost our teams games, series, and even for some of us, championships, and to stop the practice of star treatment that has become rampant is this league do herby demand that following of Commisioner of the National Basketball Association ( NBA as will henceforth be known) and all other officals who currently control the NBA:

1. We DEMAND that the NBA and FBI open an investigation into ALL current NBA referees and not just one because it is common knowledge that if one is corrupt there will be others. these things just happen that way it is as simple as that.

2. We DEMAND that the NBA do one of the following:
1. Revoke the spurs championship entirely because at this point them even having it is an injustice.
2. Place a huge aterisk next to the san antonio spurs "championship".

3. We DEMAND that whoever actually handed down the suspensions in game four of the suns/spurs series be investegated along with the referees.

4. We DEMAND that David stern step down as commissioner of the NBA because in light of the recent events, his continued holding of that position is both an injustice to all the fans and, it is a violation of all that we fans believe in as far as Professional Basketball and all professional sports are concerned.

We, the undersigned do herby declare that no matter what happens and what may be said and done, we will NOT back down from these demands and, that we will continue to make and back these demands untill they are met.
