Let's face it: announcers in today's day and age are bad.
Very, very bad.
They are formulaic, uninteresting, and above all, afraid to criticize the players on the field.
There is, however, one man who rises above the rest when it comes to mediocrity, and this man must be stopped. This is why we, the undersigned are writing to the creators, producers, directors, and any other appropriate authority at ESPN, to demand that you fire Joe Theismann. A constant apologist for the players, Joe constantly refers to his time as a player, to a mediocre player as "a master at" or "one of the best" at something, makes painfully obvious statements, and generally ruins our ability to enjoy a football game.
Fire this man before he does any more damage to America.
