We petition Enfield Council and the Notting Hill Housing Trust that funds allocated by Government to redevelop the North Circular Road as it passes through Bowes, Palmers Green and Southgate Green wards be used to benefit local residents through the creation of public spaces providing a green environment for community groups' benefit.

The residential Bowes area needs as much environmental protection from the ill effects of traffic and pollution as it can get, given that the North Circular is so close to dwellings hereabouts, and given that the course of the A406 here encourages rat-run
