This petition is to show ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition that we believe the Whitenight Family should be chosen for an extreme home makeover. The Whitenights have four children and live in a small home. They were going to put an addition on their house when they found out that they had a crack in the foundation. By the time they were ready to get work done to the house, Jake was born. He has birth defects, the main one is congenital atresia. He wiil need hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of medical care, most not covered by insurance, because it is "cosmetic", even though he has profound hearing loss. Casey, their 1 year old is also undergoing various medical testing. Even while dealing with all of this, the Whitenights have been devoting their precious time to trying to get Grace's law passes, a law that would mandate insurance compaines in NJ to pay for hearing aids. They are a deserving family who would benefit greatly from an extreme home makeover.
