Ford Windstars Missing Hubcaps

We, the undersigned, hereby petition Ford Motor Company to take responsibility for the shoddy workmanship regarding the Windstar Minivan and its problem with keeping its hubcaps. We feel this is a recall issue, and believe that Ford should replace the missing hubcaps, or re-fashion the existing mechanism so that they hold properly. We are tired of spending our hard-earned money to replace what we have already purchased, and which should NOT need replacing.
