Founding Letter to inform Independant Electoral Commission of South Africa of the intent and foundation of the Party to register and regularise the establishment of the TRPSA as a political

We are opposed to the Communist Ideals of the Enemies of The Afrikaaners of Southern Africa we are opposed to Globalization ,we are opposed to anything else other than safety and security of all our countrymen.

We seek self determination for the Afrikaaners and establishment of Orania as a Volkstaat and as a Boerestaat Country with its own cultual identity and related menas to secure rights of the Unrepresented Peoples namely the Afrikaaners as Nation.

We stand for Peace,Tolerance and Reconcilation between all southern Africans and living in harmony with our neighbours.

This publication and petition reveals and promotes the formation of the proposed Truth and Reconciliation Party of South Africa as developed and founded by Mr Avner .E. Romm and co founded by Mr John M Riggs Cape Town in 2009.Indicative furthermore is our inclusive and reconciliatory policy is whereby a person by name of Sammy Mohamed Wahibi as the Treasury, so this no less than three separate faiths make up the leadership and proponents of the party.

In order for the proponents to lobby successfully the IEC also know as the Independent Electoral commission of South Africa a number of matters must be concluded.

These are inclusive of the raising of funds to create and operate the political party after it is registered ,aforesaid registration is preceded by accumulation of 500 signatories in support of the formation of the party and of which lobby the IEC as a means of gauging akin to "litmus testing" the community support.

1.) Payment of a registration fee.
2.) Accumulation of signatories numbering 500 persons
3.) Establishment of management systems and formation of structures to operate in a circumspect and honest manner the political party

The registration of political parties is governed by sections15 -17 of the Electoral Commission Act of 1996 ("the Act") read with the Regulations for the Registration of Political Parties of April 1998 (as amended).

Any party that wants to participate in an election must be registered with the IEC.

A party may choose to register at national level, which will allow such registered party to contest elections of the National Assembly, provincial legislatures and all municipal councils. A party may however choose to only register at municipal level for a particular municipality(/ies), and such party will then be allowed to only contest local government elections for those particular municipal councils stated in its registration application.

At this time we prepare to register for municipal elections to commence with as a practical step in the Western Cape ,namely Cape Town.
