We the undersigned, hereby petition for the release of Hatem N. Fariz, to be freed on bond pending trial.
We believe in his innocence and hope that the justice system will do him justice and grant him bail. He has never been a threat to society and will not be a threat to the community if he is released.
Hatem is a hard working father, upstanding, loyal and respected citizen, and has never been arrested for any crime. We hope that he will be released, due to peculiar attributes of this case and the lengthy process it may partake (lawyers have stated that the actual trial may take up to a minimum of 18 months).
This is an appeal to ALL who believe in justice.
