We, the undersigned mothers of Canada, invite you to join us in exlusively breastfeeding our children for 6 months, and in continuing to breastfeed them for two years or more as the World Health Organization recommends.
Breastfed babies and breastfeeding mothers enjoy better health, financial savings, and healthy body weight. Breastfeeding mothers and babies form an emotional bond more readily. Breastfed babies also have superior motor coordination, vision, and Intelligence Quotients.
Lets support eachother in reaching our breastfeeding goals as we and our children have everything to gain, and nothing to lose.
