Gaming free of Pirates

There are pirates out there, and they need to be stopped. Halo 2 was leaked and pirated a few days ago, and that is just wrong to take Bungie's hard work and post it all over the Internet, and ruin the gaming experience for people all over the world. This is a petition to stop all pirates and ban them perminitaly from Xbox Live and the Xbox Forums. I think a lot of people can agree with me that they need to be stopped and fined.
