It is immorral to expose innocent bystanders to his retardidity, just because of his absolute need for internet pornography. In order to ease his transition to non-internet porn, we are prepared to offer him maritime rights to Dylan's mom, as well as tree-fiddy in rubles. If Yakov fails to comply, we have no choice but to declare interwebs war. Recognizing that Yakov can just continue to create more AIM accounts, simply blocking him will not be enough.
