Green Grove Internet

We, the tenants of Green Grove Apartments, are dissatisfied with the current internet service and hereby petition for (a) an increase in bandwidth to the complex or (b) an alternate internet service provider.

We are aware of the fact that this complex does not receive true high-speed internet. We are also aware that the service we receive is far inferior to other providers that charge comparable prices. We are also tired of the frequent outtages and slow speeds. Although there is a cap to the amount of bandwidth each apartment may use at a given time, there is no guaranteed minimum speed and because of this we must put up with extremely slow speeds and frequently have no access to the internet at all.

If this lack of quality internet service continues, we will cancel our internet through Green Grove Apartments and seek refunds for the many months of unsatisfactory service.

We wish to make you, the management and owners of Green Grove Apartments, aware of our discontent and it is for this reason that we add our names to this petition.
