This is a petition from individuals around the world protesting the honorary street designation after (the late) Fred Hampton Sr., chairman of the Black Panthers party.
The Black Panther Party negatively effected the lives of individuals around the world by their violence and racism. Many members of the Black Panther Party are trying to rewrite history and state that they were not violent and contributed to many programs in our comunties, when in fact, history and other evidence states otherwise.
This petition contains the names of individuals who demand that we do not honor someone who belonged to a violent and racist group.
