We, the undersigned, request that the band Hanson re-evaluate its use of Fanaxis as manager of its website and fan club due to the mistreatment of fans and abuse of power.
We feel that this is causing immediate damage to Hansons career, and the popularity of its fan club. Persistent use of such methods by Fanaxis will only serve to further fuel the acts (such as filesharing) that they are trying unsuccessfully to prevent.
Examples of methods employed by Fanaxis on Hanson fans include (but are not limited to) the deletion of personal Photobucket accounts, MySpace accounts, and personal videos posted on YouTube. These actions are often taken without providing warning to the owners of the web-spaces in question.
We ask that Hanson seriously consider how these actions reflect on their image, and that they make the necessary changes to improve the state of their fan club, and fan base as a whole.
