Healthy choices in the canteen

Hi all, Given that most of us eat in the canteen downstairs, I decided to start this petition which I believe will lead to healthier choices. I understand and appreciate that what we have is way better than most canteens out there, but with a few tweaks it can be much better. I do hope you support it and forward it to as many colleagues that you can think of. 1. Please reduce the quantity of salt in the food. Whilst it is quite easy to add more salt as per taste, it doesn't quite work the other way around. 2. Please provide low fat options like low fat yoghurt and skimmed milk. 3. Please have atleast one menu item which is less than 500 calories. 4. Please introduce more flexiblity in pricing. For example, price the main dish and sides separatelty. So if you are offering steak, have something like steak- €4, sides- €2 etc.
