At Highland Youth Voice we believe that all under 18's in full time education should be entitled to free transport or to allow them to purchase half adult fares. This would make buses and trains more accessible to young people; allow access to leisure facilities; create a cleaner environment as a consequence of cutting down car use; create the same freedom that pensioners enjoy, as like pensioners, young people in full time education do not have an income and are reliant on public transport
