Honor Jabbor Gibson as a hero.

Thursday, September 1st, Eighteen year old Jabbor Gibson managed to liberate an abandoned city bus in New Orleans. He had never driven a bus before, and, with about 100 people including a newborn baby, he drove the bus to the Houston Astrodome, to safety. This is an act of heroism, and the United States Government should recognize it as such.
