Identifying The Need of a Muslim Prayer Room at Bart's & The London School of Medicine & Dentistry

Muslim Prayer Room: Bart's and The London Whitechapel Campus

This petition is being put forward by the Muslim student population of Bart's SMD supported by Muslim Medics & Dentists in order to identify the need of a Muslim Prayer Room at the Whitechapel Campus. This is in order to allow both Muslim students and staff to exercise their religious obligation of prayer 5 times a day without being forced into making a compromising decision between their religious and academic commitments.

This petition will be put forward to both QMUL and BLSA in attempt to work together with the university in acquiring a suitable facility to cater for the needs of this sizeable student and staff population.
