Improve Access to Tantra for PLDT Users

Since closed beta i have been playing tantra, but nowadays the lag is really unbearable. I know for a fact that most cafe here in Manila and all over Phils are using PLDT DSL service. I have been playing different local online games but I noticed that using PLDT with Tantra is really laggy compared to other games. I also tried globe dsl and it's way better than PLDT DSL. I want to switch but my plan is tied up for 1 more year.
I tried calling up their customer service every now and then to complain....

How come it's like this with tantra? With other games it is ok even @ WoW North America and the customer service is lousy and always busy. I pay PhP2500 for my 512 kbps and they give this poor service. I don't think it's tantra's servers that are lagging but it's on my side.
I want to start a petition for PLDT to improve their services for Tantra players because I know a lot of you guys like me use PLDT DSL to play and for business.
IMPROVE SERVICE OR LOSE CUSTOMERS.
This petition would of course go to PLDT. :) I'll make sure it does. Thanks!

Please improve DSL... come on, have some customer support! If pldt DSL were too compensate for all the lost time in tantra you'd need hundreds of personnel playing 24/7 T_T

ano ba yan mga taga PLDT ayusin nyo trabaho wak naman madaya purki handle ng bayantel yung tantra.. dapat maganda service nyo nagbabayad kami!!!
