Is still human values exist in our modern civilized country or was already extricated a long tome ago?

Dear Sir or Madam,

Our company (Infosys) betrayed employees by stating that promotions and salary hikes based on the merit only. However its absolutely incorrect. And our managers do not hesitate to indulge their own employees in any kind of malpractice to hide their failues caused due to their inappropriate strategic decisions. Sadly our founders are encouraging the managers to execute the malpractices by bribing them with monetory incentives and promotions. They misguiding everyone in the society by giving huge donations,  which was a small fraction of their wealth as a result of their unethical business. Also cheated many of the investors by manipulating the accounts and stated that company obtained more profit than the actual PBIDTA by reducing the operational cost of totally employed man power in any production project. Provided false promises to the clients with the help of wrong estimations, falsified documents and the forgred employees' resumes on demand basis. And the clients billed for the twice of actual number of project team members. These malpractices are practicing in Infosys company from a many number of years. Please let me know if a clash exists between the human values and the business values, what should be our higher precedence for the survival of ideal manhood.
