This is a petition from all residents of Hill Ridge Springs (owners and tenants) that the maintenance and security of the apartment complex should be handed over to the residents, and the builders should relinquish control to these.
Today, residents have no control or understanding of the maintenance of water systems, security, common areas, expenses, etc. As per law, the builder is legally required to hand over the operations of the apartment complex to democratically formed association of residents within 2 years of completion which hasn't happened so far. There have been numerous issues including theft, lack of water supply, incompetence of security agencies, inaccessibility of common areas, noise pollution by parties in club houses, etc, all of which can be addressed only once residents come together under the aegis of a democratically elected association, which has the power to affect change based on majority decision.
Further, we pledge to take necessary and relentless legal action against the builders if don't give the residents what is rightfully ours.
