PETITION TO CONGRESS

Japanese Sites Unworthy

In re: HR 1492; HR 1492 EH; HR 1719 IS; HR 360 IH; HR 1492 RFS; HR 1492 RH; To provide for the preservation of wartime relocation sites to which many enemy-alien Japanese and their dual-citizenship children were evacuated during WWII, and for other purposes.

We the undersigned do hereby oppose most vehemently to the preservation, resurrection, rebuilding, protecting, repair or restoration of any such wartime relocation centers, assembly centers, internment camps, or any other such confinement sites, in any manner, for any reason.

Furthermore, we do hereby object most vehemently to the abuse of Federal Tax Dollars with which to fund these racially biased, special interest-project bills, among whose authors are those that have their own personal agendas with respect to the wartime relocation.

Billions in Federal Tax Dollars have been continuously awarded over the years since WWII ended. Some of the more outstanding awards thus far are:

*The 1948 Evacuation Claims Act awarded over $37 million dollars in compensation.

*The 1980 Commission on Wartime Relocation and Internment (sic) of Civilians (CWRIC) awarded $1,250,000,000.00

*In 1992 an additional $400,000,000.00 was awarded.

*In 1998 approximately $ 11 million dollars was awarded to Latin-American-Japanese with an approximate $45 million still pending HR 893 that was introduced in 2005.

The facts are these wartime sites have already been used for the purpose of revising the history that surrounded them. Relocation centers have quietly and insidiously been renamed concentration or internment camps. These disgraceful misnomers, along with erroneous stories, lies and propaganda have been employed in a long-standing and carefully orchestrated attempt to tarnish and discredit both President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Executive Order 9066. Our leaders enforced The Enemy Alien Act, a longtime standing law since July 6, 1798. Executive Order 9066 was the law.

The ultimate goal of these bills is to rebuild these sites as historic monuments with which to give legitimacy to the self-serving, Japanese revision of American history. Executive order 9066 and the evacuation of the Emperors doho (Japanese enemy-aliens and dual-citizen Japanese-Americans) were based upon wartime necessity as evidenced by MAGIC, the decrypted Japanese diplomatic spy cables.

The fact is an espionage network did exist among the Japanese on the West coast during WWII, and the Japanese American Citizens League itself acknowledged members that were disloyal to our nation.
Radiomen in the US Navy listened in on the spy messages sent to Japan from Bainbridge Island, Washington. The FBI confiscated war materials and military contraband from many Japanese here on our mainland. 7,000 Japanese-American men Kibei returned to their homeland to take up arms against the United States.

The sponsors of this special interest project are now expecting the taxpayers of America to pay yet another 38 million in Federal Tax Dollars to get underway. We propose a project of this magnitude would not cease in expense at just 38 million.

We ask that Congress put an end to this continuous siphoning on Americas purse. We ask Congress to disapprove once and for all these shamefully biased, carefully manipulated, and deliberately falsified bills, i.e., the flawed findings of the CWRIC.

Lastly, we cant afford it.
