We, the undersigned, support Mr. Abdelkader Belaouniвs application for permanent residence in Canada. While Mr. Belaouni has been forced to seek sanctuary in St-Gabrielвs Church in Montreal, we believe that he should be granted permanent residence immediately in order to return to our community.
