Warrington Borough Council have restricted the use of Greenbelt land used for a number of different events near B&Q in Winwick.
The increased traffic congestion, noise, litter, and events has had a huge negative impact on the local community and it's people.
As such we the undersigned wish to petition Warrington Borough Council to continue the current restrictions until such time that the number of events are dramatically reduced to the original once a week car boot sales and responsibility of clearing up all rubbish around the site sits with the site owner.
