We, the undersigned, are all avid OHV enthusiasts. We strongly oppose the closure of Picayune Forest for recreational or OHV use. We and our families have used this land for more than 15 years. It is hard to find a place like this for our families to enjoy, relax and spend quality time together. As tax payers we feel we are entitled to some rights regarding what happens in our State Parks as it is our land to use. Please do not take this precious land from us. We understand it is a privilege and we will do everything in our power to keep this land as pristine as it is today.
We urge you to reconsider your decision, and reinstate the use of OHV at the park. Thank you very much for taking the time to consider our request. We hope to be able to enjoy our land once again.
