Khrima for Final Boss!

Since Webrunner has announced that his Adventurers! comic is approaching its end, a decision must be made on one of the comic's greatest questions: Who will be the final boss, Eternion or Khrima? Since Khrima's campaign manager has met an unfortunate demise, we the undersigned would like to show how much support Khrima truly has at the grassroots level.

Below are only some of the reasons why Khrima should be Karn's final opponent:

1. Khrima's wings, tower transformation, and goofy style of evil clearly mark him as a student of the Kefka school of villainy. Kefka is held by many as one of the greatest villains of Final Fantasy, if not THE greatest, and as the comic's Kefka figure, Khrima deserves an appropriate role, far from going the route of Shinra and Golbez.

2. Eternion's very nature as a super-powered, extra-dimensional being places him firmly in the role of optional boss just like Warmech, the Emerald and Ruby Weapons, Ozma, and others. An unusually ambitious and plot-hogging optional boss, yes, but still an optional boss.

3. Khrima has the style and pure resourcefulness to go into battle armed only with a magazine and still win.

4. Khrima alone has shown the true depth and strength of the bond between a man and his giant laser. Your dog may run away from home, your women betray you, and your parents call you a world conquering despot, but your laser cannon will never leave your side.

5. Who do people think of when a town's destroyed? Khrima!

6. Khrima is a far more complex and fascinating villain than Eternion. His evil doings are flawless. What other villain could be insidiously subtle enough to help an old lady across the street into a life of crime? Eternion, in comparison, is a mere brute and almost literally a Deus Ex Machina. And he needs more angst. Khrima covered that in the orange scene.

7. Khrima has proven his ability to engage in truly stirring and quotable endgame dialogue with "The darkness calls..." and we demand more of it.

8. Even though he is evil and bent on conquering the world, Khrima still has a tender side. His love for his sister clearly shows. Also, Argent has brought up the Ghaleon-esque philosophical side of Khrima by suggesting Khrima's rule is what the world needs. No good RPG hero should settle for an obvious absolute evil to vanquish when there's a far more dramatically ambiguous figure like this to face off against.

9. Khrima is cute and sexy while Eternion is a glorified goalie. With a MULLET.

We hope Webrunner will consider these issues and signatures and choose his final boss accordingly.

49. Golbez Henson | Obviously Khrima is the choice for final boss. I'm going to have to disagree about Eternion being optional, but everything else is right. Khrima has character, Eternion doesn't. Classic RPG convention would have the uber powerful johnny come lately as fin
