We, the undersigned, feel that Charlie Harper (real name David Charles Perez), lead singer for the UK Subs for the last 25 years deserves a Knighthood.
Through his music, songwriting & on stage performance he has brought enjoyment & inspiration to thousands over the last quarter of a century.
He continues to this day performing & touring almost non stop for little or no financial reward, but persists purley for his love of the music & the lifestyle.
We believe that Charlie Harper should be knighted and call upon Her Majesty and Her Government to confer one upon him.
