We the undersigned agree that the City of London is under serviced in terms of local television programming, available over-the-air to all citizens. We further support the application by True North Broadcasting to start a new community station to be available over-the-air to all citizens of our City. This station will feature news and programming, by Londoners, for Londoners, and about Londoners. They will also be actively promoting and participating in local events in and around the City.
