anything can be dangerous if not treated correctly. Lawn darts was one of the times I remember with my parents that was great. Baseball bats are also dangerous if used incorrectly!!!

There is no reason to ban lawn darts. Any sport has casualties, often caused by improper play. Even baseball has caused countless injures and deaths, and yet it isn't banned! All sports have risks.
