Hello, my name is Emma Healy and I am a huge football supporter. But I find that there is one thing wrong with football today. It started last season (2004/2005 season). A player would get booked for taking his jersey off while celebrating his goal. If whoever passed the rule thinks that it is time-wasting, then getting the referee to take out his book, write down the players name and then lift up the card to the player is more time-wasting! If they want to think up another rule, they should get the referees to book players for diving rather than taking their jerseys off! I feel that they can celebrate how they want. But, of course, not hurting anyone in the process! I think that this is a stupid rule and I am sure that alot of you will agree. If you do agree, please sign this petition. If I get enough signatures and send it to UEFA, hopefully they will take out this rule for good! So if you feel strongly about this as I do, please sign my petition! Thank you!
