Let the customer know, its time to close.

This petition is for city ordinance, companies directly dealing with public such as grocery stores, gas stations, plaza stores, public gym, and malls.. to require these stores to announce by public speaker address the store is closing 20 minutes before, then 15 minutes, 10 minutes and final store closed.
This is to prevent customers from being pushed out the door by security or others at the exact closing time, or being locked from entrances they came from. This is too common in during holiday sales at Hillsdale Mall, San Mateo; and the employee or customer is talking to security or management for this confusion.
There are times also when, customers are walking around restrooms or dressing rooms. Other times when the employee has no time for closing procedures, such as checking fitting rooms and doors.
