Lower drinkingage

If people at 18 are deemed responsible enough to serve the country (and put their life on line), vote, become responsible for themselves, do pretty much anything that other citizens can do. But they can't drink alcohol. Why 21? why not 32, 47, or never? Why must we be difficult and let people do anything they want except (gasp) drink, at 18. Lower the damn age!
