Madonna's Fans Demand Change at Icon

We, the undersigned fans who got together at MadonnaVogue.com, no longer feel that the official fan club is a free zone for the fans and strongly believe the Icon fan club and the Icon Forums are disappointing to us.
Members have left the fan club in protest and disgust at the lack of fair and reasonable moderation on the Icon Forums, unfair treatment of members, the lack of customer service to paying members and outright fabrications of what is promised to members. Many fans have been unjustly banned for no reason, for criticism towards the administrator.
We cannot understand why you, Madonna, who is an advocate for Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression would have such an oppressive, highly censored Forum. The Icon Forums are not fairly and properly moderated. When we WERE Iconers, we experienced ourselves that some members have been unfairly banned, while others are allowed to continue their rude behavior and suffer no consequences. Seems to us that there has been favoritism going on by the administrator, and this is unfair to the members who do follow the rules and respect other members. The fan club administrator is unfair and there are proofs of this. He needs to be changed soon.
We believe in our hearts that Icon should and could be so much better if there was a change in the administrator. We expect nothing less from you, Madonna. You have always portrayed yourself as a perfectionist and seem to pride yourself on running a tight ship. Icon and its forums seem to be quite the opposite:
1. (Many) banned members for no reason, no explanation, without justification
2. The administrator makes promises and then does not follow through on those promises.
3. Total lack of customer service. Iconers with problems or concerns are either ignored or given boilerplate answers that have nothing to do with their original question. (One Iconer waited over a year to get her welcome pack.)
4. Why relaunch The New Icon when the Icon Forums were not completed beforehand?
5. Numerous typographical errors in the last hard copies of Icon.
6. The Digimag/Icon - that led members to leave Icon for good - we don't like it.
We, the undersigned, are very disappointed in you, Madonna, for having such a poorly run fan club and forum. We believe Iconers deserve better! We, your dedicated and loving fans, feel like you have taken us for granted, and feel that you could care less about Icon.
Icon has changed for the worst. We want new moderation/administration and we want the old Icon Magazine back! Clean out your fan club with good, honest and fair-minded employees, and youll see us coming back in droves!
